As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptual design on new products, especially heat pumps, contributing to the company's goal of broadening its customer reach. You'll receive formal CAD training and learn from experienced team members, with a clear pathway to progress to a Senior Design Engineer role.

The Role

• Undertake conceptual design of new products, focusing on heat pumps.
• Utilise CAD software to develop mechanical product designs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure successful product launches.
• Contribute to the development of a new product range aimed at attracting new customers.
• Participate in daily on-site team interactions and mentorship activities.

The Person

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven mechanical design skills, particularly in designing heat pumps.
• Strong can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress to a Senior level.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a desire to add value to the team.
• Motivated and eager to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
